Jeff may be the member of the HMS team that most clients have the least interaction with but he is a key factor in the success of the relationship. As Chief Operating Officer of the firm, Jeff’s focus is on running the day to day operations of the firm so that the team of financial professionals can focus their time on helping clients achieve their goals.
Jeff spends the majority of his time managing personnel, vendors, software platforms, information security, facilities, business continuity, and IT systems. Jeff brings a wealth of experience to the team in IT system management and cyber-security. At times, he has served as a referral source for clients who are in need of similar services for their own firms or families.
Jeff’s career spans several industries including the construction industry, the defense industry, and the corporate retail industry. He brings 25 plus years of experience operating and managing client service organizations to HMS.
A Clarksville, Tennessee native, Jeff has called middle Tennessee home for over fifty years. On the weekends, you will find him restoring vintage automobiles and motorcycles. He currently serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for Nashville Steam Preservation Society in restoring to operation Nashville’s N.C.& St.L steam locomotive 576.
