As Director of Operations, Scott ensures that clients experience the high level of care, organization, and follow-through they expect from our team. While much of his work happens behind the scenes, Scott plays an important role in making the client experience feel smooth, responsive, and well-coordinated.

In his role, Scott supports the day-to-day operations of the firm, helps manage internal processes, coordinates client service workflows, and works closely with the advisory team to make sure client needs are handled efficiently and thoughtfully. His attention to detail, steady communication style, and commitment to process improvement help create a more consistent and personal experience for the families and individuals we serve.

Scott is especially focused on helping the firm deliver on its promises. Whether he is coordinating account paperwork, supporting client service requests, improving internal systems, or overseeing compliance, his goal is the same: to make it easier for clients to feel informed, cared for, and confident that important details are being handled.

Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family. These interests reflect the same qualities he brings to the team: patience, focus, curiosity, and an appreciation for meaningful relationships.

Scott’s combination of operational skill, client-service mindset, and personal dedication makes him an important part of the HMS wealth management experience.
